A long term interest in holistic health has led me to choose many alternatives for myself and my family including chiropractic care and massage. After many years of being on the receiving end of bodywork I was inspired to go to massage school and learn to work on others.
I have been in practice since 2004 and find massage to be a very rewarding career. With each session I am reminded of the amazing power the body has to heal itself. I am grateful for the opportunity my work gives me to facilitate healing for my clients.
When not at my massage studio you can find me at home in North Seattle with my husband, two daughters, three cats and four chickens. I find great joy in running a business, raising a family and seeking balance in all aspects of my life.
